New custom build houses set in 1.2ha of woodland.

We are working collaboratively with Mae Architects, Pitman Tozer and Unboxed Homes to create a small collection of 12 bespoke family homes. Our littleBIG house is one of three architect-designed custom build homes set around retained woodland to make a unique community.

Homeowners choose their plot, the house size (3 - 5 beds) and level of finish (shell, first fix or finished) before completing the design with us out to suit their particular needs. Each house has a large private garden and an optional garage, as well as access to a shared communal garden space and adjacent natural woodland.

In April 2019 we obtained full planning permission for the masterplan and 12 dwellings. The development of the site is now underway.
